Even though I come from Ohio, I don't spend a huge amount of my life striking up conversations with strangers, because that usually doesn't end well for me, especially in NYC. The train was running a bit slowly this morning - though, at least it was running! - and a bunch of us were cheek by jowl on the platform, watching one pull in.  In case there are questions about queuing, this is how it goes: the people who get there first are nearest to the car, and so they form the front of the line, with people who get there ( Read more... )
